Alan Reay Consultants Limited specialises in the structural and civil design of building projects. For some 90% of these projects we coordinate the total building design as well as design the structure.

This has broadened our experience to include aspects of architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical, together with the associated construction monitoring.

This has provided us with an extensive understanding of the issues of building design, construction and use.

The majority of our projects are designed in concrete and structural steel. These are materials for which Alan Reay Consultants Limited has a special interest. We have developed the use of these materials in construction and design to improve our buildings’ cost, speed of construction and aesthetics. Many of the systems developed have become industry standards. We also have numerous copyrighted design systems for technology developed in our offices.
